Esports Vampire won the 2022 PUBG MOBILE World Invitational (PMWI) sponsored by Gamers8 this past weekend. After winning the 2022 PMWI Main Tournament, the powerful lineup defeated 11 other teams live in front of spectators in Riyadh, clinching the win and the largest share of $1,000,000.

Vampire Esports was awarded the victor of the PMWI Afterparty Showdown with an astonishing 180 points after three days of intense and entertaining matches. Alpha7 Esports came in second with 174 points, while Team Falcons came in third with 129 points.
Vampire Esports, PMWI Afterparty Showdown took place from August 18th to August 20th and included a novel reward system in which teams gained from completing particular milestones throughout each match, producing exciting new stories such as: first elimination of the match, first whole team wipe, and more. All three days also included a showmatch in which two players from each side played five matches on Livik and Sanhok.
The top four Best Duos based on showmatch rating got a portion of a $15,000 USD prize fund. Stalwart Esports was named best pair and received $8,000 USD, Alpha7 Esports placed second and received $4,000 USD, DWG KIA placed third and received $2,000 USD, and Nigma Galaxy placed fourth and received $1,000 USD.
The PMWI Afterparty Showdown featured four individual awards, with ‘Stoned’ from Vampire Esports being named Eagle Eye, ‘RayZ’ from S2G Esports winning the Longest Elimination Spree, ‘Mythic44’ from Alpha7 Esports winning Most Headshots, and ‘Revo77K’ from Alpha7 Esports winning the Most Special Eliminations.
Following their first-place victory, Vampire Esports has officially conquered the 2022 PMWI, bringing home both the PMWI Afterparty Showdown and the PMWI Main Tournament trophies. From August 11 to 13, 18 teams from across the world competed for a $2,000,000 USD prize pool in the PMWI Main Tournament, with Vampire Esports coming out on top and taking home $500,000. Following an exhilarating week of action at the PMWI Main Tournament, the PMWI Afterparty Showdown took center stage from August 18-20.
PUBG MOBILE announced intriguing new facts regarding its biggest yearly tournament of the year for the Esports Vampire, the 2022 PUBG MOBILE Global Championship, during the PMWI Main Tournament (PMGC). In January 2023, a stunning LAN Grand Final will be held in Indonesia. The PMGC League will begin in early November and will include a record-breaking 48 teams.
